Ikrar

IKRAR

بِسْمِ اللهِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِيْمِ

In the name of Allah the most gracious and the most merciful

Dengan nama Allah yang Maha Pengasih dan Maha Penyayang

أَشْهَدُ أَنْ لآَ اِلٰهَ إِلاَّ اللهُ

I witness that there is no lord except Allah

Saya bersaksi bahwa tidak ada Tuhan selain Allah

و َاَشْهَدُ أَنَّ مُحَمَّدًا رَّسُوْلُ اللهِ

And I witness that the prophet Muhammad is the messenger of Allah

Dan saya bersaksi bahwa Nabi Muhammad itu utusan Allah

رَضِيْتُ بِاللهِ رَبًّا

I testify that Allah is my Lord

Aku rela bertuhan Allah

و َبِالْإِسْلاَمِ دِيْنًا

I testify that Islam is my religion

Aku rela beragama Islam

وَ بِمُحَمَّدِ نَبِيًّا وَّرَسُوْلاً

I testify that Muhammad is the prophet and messanger of Allah

Aku rela bernabi Muhammad

وَبِالْقُرْآنِ إِمَامًا وَحَكَمًا

And I testify that the holy Quran is my way of life

Dan aku rela berkitab suci Alquran

رَبِّ زِدْنِيْ عِلْمًا

Ya Allah, Please increase my knowledge

Ya Allah tambahilah ilmuku

وَارْزُقْنِيْ فَهْمًا

And pelase broaden my intelligence

Dan pertinggilah kecerdasanku

آمِيْن

Ya Allah, please answer my prayer

Ya Allah  kabulkanlah permohonanku ini.
